Reveal Session: Payment is required at the time of booking. Reveal sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions start and end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival.
Pilot and Rebuild Programs: Payment terms, schedules, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement provided at the time of engagement.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of Services.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information through intake forms and during sessions.
You agree to actively participate in the process and provide access to relevant team members, data, and tools as needed.
Outcomes depend on your cooperation, engagement, and implementation.
4. Results Disclaimer
While our methods aim to reduce founder dependence and improve operational systems, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results.
Proof metrics and case studies are examples and do not represent a promise of results for all clients.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, templates, and documents provided during Services are our intellectual property.
